Refund Policy

There are some conditions under which I can offer you a refund:

Conditions for Refund

  • I input the wrong information and therefore gave you an inaccurate reading. (For example, your birthday is 12/2/2002, but I entered 2/12/2002 and gave you an inaccurate reading). This has happened before, and I am able to just correct the time and give you a new reading. But if time is limited or you don't want the reading anymore, I can refund you.

  • The call was interrupted/the written reading was delivered more than 4 days after the estimated date I gave. There are times when I have wifi issues, or for some reason, there are scheduling errors, or just randomness. I can refund you or reschedule you.

  • If I have asked to reschedule the meeting more than two times, or if I ask to reschedule less than four hours before. I have a sleep disorder, and there are times when I just need an extra day.

  • The reading made no sense at all. In this case, I need you to double-check your birth time and write me a list of things that felt inaccurate, at least 5 sentences, or call me so we can talk about it. No astrology reading will ever be 100% accurate. This is up to discussion, and is ultimately for me to decide. If I feel your reasoning is Valid, you will get the refund.

    Only under these conditions are refunds possible! You can get a refund if you have experienced one or more of these issues.
