CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY STATEMENT

Effective as of the date of the first consultation

The trust and privacy of every client are of paramount importance. This Confidentiality Statement outlines the commitment of Fatima Navarro, founder and sole practitioner of Fate with Fati, to safeguarding all personal and sensitive information shared during the course of an astrology consultation.

1. Protection of Client Information

Fate with Fati is fully committed to maintaining the strictest standards of confidentiality with respect to all information disclosed by clients. Any personal details, life circumstances, health information, relationship matters, or other sensitive disclosures shared during a consultation — whether verbally, in writing, or through any other medium — will be held in complete confidence.

Client information will never be sold, rented, traded, or disclosed to any third party for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without the express written consent of the client.

2. Use of Client Information for Content Purposes

On occasion, generalized themes, astrological patterns, or illustrative examples derived from client sessions may be referenced in educational materials, social media content, or other public-facing communications created by Fate with Fati. Should such content be produced, the following strict measures will be observed without exception:

• No identifying information will ever be shared. This includes, but is not limited to, the client’s name, location, age, profession, physical description, or any other detail that could reasonably be used to identify the individual.

• All content will be presented in a fully anonymized and generalized manner, ensuring that no connection can be made between the content shared and any specific individual.

• The intent of any such content will solely be educational or illustrative, focused on astrological concepts rather than personal client matters.

3. Zoom Recording Policy

Where video consultations are conducted via Zoom or an equivalent platform, recordings may be made solely to support the quality and accuracy of the consultation service. Clients will be informed prior to any recording taking place.

All Zoom recordings will be permanently deleted from all devices and storage systems within 24 hours of the conclusion of the consultation. No recordings will be retained, transferred, uploaded to any cloud service, or shared with any third party under any circumstances.

4. Data Security

Fate with Fati takes reasonable and appropriate measures to protect all client information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Any written notes or records pertaining to a consultation are maintained securely and accessed solely by Fatima Navarro in her capacity as practitioner.

5. Client Rights

Clients retain the right to:

• Enquire about the information held pertaining to their consultation at any time.

• Request that any retained records be amended or deleted.

• Withdraw consent for the use of their information at any point without consequence to the services provided.

6. Commitment to Integrity

The practice of astrology is rooted in a relationship of trust. Fatima Navarro, operating as Fati, is personally committed to honoring that trust in every interaction.
